What's the best way to disguise - make that help to disguise - a beer belly?

"Now there's a new underwear category called men's shapewear. These are undershirts that fit like wet suits. Maggie Adams, public relations manager for Spanx, says her company's cotton compression undershirts "help with love handles and beer belly and man boobs . . . or 'moobs.' " The Spanx website (spanx.com) offers three versions: a crew neck and V neck at $58 each and a tank for $55. The photos are pretty convincing."
